This quote covers the work listed in the table below, to be carried out at the jobsite address shown at the top of this document, in line with best practices and current standards.

Materials and labor

Unless stated otherwise, prices include materials, labor, access equipment, and disposal of debris at a licensed waste facility.

Schedule

Work starts within [délai] after signature and deposit clearance, for an estimated duration of [durée]. Weather delays and supply lead times pause this schedule.

Site requirements

The client provides site access, water, and electricity. Work areas must be cleared of all furniture before we start.

Payment terms

30% deposit on signature, monthly progress invoices during the job, balance due upon acceptance of the work.

Acceptance of work

Acceptance is carried out jointly upon completion. Any punch-list items are recorded and resolved within thirty days.

Warranties and insurance

The work is covered by a one-year workmanship warranty and, where applicable, a ten-year structural warranty. An insurance certificate is attached to this quote.
