Monthly Retainer

Ongoing support to the client within the scope described below, delivered as a monthly retainer with a defined volume of services.

Included services

The monthly retainer includes the services listed in the pricing table. Unused hours in a given month do not roll over to the next.

Collaboration cadence

A one-hour check-in is held each month. A written report of actions taken and observed results is sent within five days thereafter.

Term and renewal

The agreement is set for an initial six-month term. After that, it continues month-to-month and may be terminated by either party with one month’s notice.

Financial terms

Monthly retainer invoiced on the first day of each month. Automatic debit or bank transfer upon receipt.

Client obligations

The client provides required access and appoints a single point of contact, authorized to approve deliverables within five business days.
