Service engagement

This proposal defines the services assigned to the provider, their execution terms, and financial conditions. It cancels and replaces any prior communications on the same subject.

Scope of services

The services include the work detailed in the financial table below. Any request outside this scope will be quoted separately and carried out only after your written approval.

Process and timeline

The engagement starts upon receipt of the signed proposal and the deposit. The delivery timeline is [durée] from that date. This timeline is paused during any waiting period for client-provided items or approvals.

Client obligations

The client agrees to appoint a single point of contact, provide all materials needed to perform the services, and respond to validation requests within five business days.

Financial terms

Amounts are exclusive of tax. 30% deposit on signature, balance on delivery, payment net 30 days from invoice date.

Ownership of deliverables

All rights to use the deliverables are transferred to the client upon full payment. Until payment is received in full, the provider retains full ownership.

Validity

This proposal is valid for thirty days from its issue date. It becomes binding on both parties upon signature.
