Time-and-materials engagement (daily rate)

Provision of a consultant on a time-and-materials basis to support the client’s teams within the scope described below, billed at a daily rate.

Workload and cadence

The engagement is planned for [nombre] days over [durée], at a pace of [nombre] days per week. The schedule is agreed jointly at the start of each month.

Engagement reporting

An activity report is sent at the end of each month. It details days worked and work performed and serves as the basis for invoicing.

Financial terms

Monthly billing in arrears, based on the approved activity report. Payment due Net 30 from invoice date.

Expenses

Travel beyond [périmètre] is re-billed at cost with receipts, subject to prior client approval.

End of engagement

Either party may terminate the engagement with one month’s written notice. Days already delivered remain payable.

Confidentiality

The consultant agrees not to disclose any information obtained in the course of the engagement during its term and for two years thereafter.
