This agreement sets out the assignment by the author to the assignee of the economic rights in the works identified below.

Covered works

The assignment covers the creations produced for the project [référence], listed in the Appendix and identified by their title and delivery date.

Assigned rights

Only the rights to reproduce, display/perform, and adapt are assigned. The author's moral rights remain inalienable and non-transferable.

Territory and term

The assignment is granted for the territory [territoire] and for a term of [durée] from delivery. Beyond that, a new authorization is required.

Media and formats

The rights are assigned for use on [supports]. Any use on a medium not specified requires an amendment and additional compensation.

Compensation

The assignment fee is a lump sum, separate from the price of the work. It is due upon signing this agreement.

Author's warranties

The author warrants that they hold the assigned rights and that the works are original and free of any third-party rights.

Authorship credit

The assignee agrees to display the author's name alongside the works, in line with industry practice and the relevant medium.
